The owners purchased a historic building that they wanted to rebrand as a wedding venue but a lot of work needed to be done. Due to the poor condition of the building, the previous owners profited off of the idea that the estate was haunted since they couldn't invest or care for it properly. The new owners wanted to make the community see how much history and beauty there is in the old 1912 Estate, so they were in need of a complete overhaul to establish a new reputation.
The original website associated with the estate was about booking haunted tours, which is not typically something couples look for when choosing a wedding venue.
Establishing a new brand for a building that has had the same name since the monks built it back in 1912 took a few extra steps but the new owners felt it essential to diminish any negative thoughts of their estate if they were going to succeed in making it a successful wedding venue.
It was important to publish the facts about Beach Glass Estates on the new website to dispel any thoughts that the estate was haunted. Since Beach Glass Estates is going to be a wedding venue we determined that it’s better for the new brand to publish these facts to get rid of any rumors. After rebranding the whole aesthetic with an uplifting elegant design we were able to start their website and get a social media presence. We published an open letter to the community to update viewers on what the new owners' goals were. We made the site functional and user friendly as well as responsive on all devices and even embedded a CRM to help manage incoming inquiries to streamline their process. After publishing the site Beach Glass Estates felt confident and took part in wedding conventions to help establish the property in the wedding industry.

The plus side to having the pricing on a hidden website page is, as you update the pricing everyone with the link has the most current information so no more “my pricing brochure prices are different” when they inquired 6 months ago.

Established in 1912, Beach Glass Estates was originally home to Episcopal monks apart of the St. Barnabas brotherhood. It has since been restored into an enchanting wedding & event venue in the heart of North East Pennsylvania’s wine country but needed a new website to reflect their new premium brand for their historic venue and build a new reputation in their area.
